- Get your quote and order summary. We reply within 24 hours with pricing, then confirm fabrics, sizes and branding in a written summary within 1–2 business days.
- Approve your sample. We make a physical sample or send high-resolution photos for sign-off. Nothing goes to bulk without your written approval. [Sample time: X–Y days]
- Bulk production and QC. Your order is made to the approved sample and checked before packing. Standard turnaround is about 17 working days from summary approval; rush is available.
- Branded packing and delivery. Labels, tags and custom packaging are applied, and the order ships to your US address or warehouse.

Price per piece depends on the product, fabric, quantity, and how many print or embroidery locations you need.
Standard bulk orders take about 17 working days once you approve your order summary and sample. Complex designs, large quantities or hard-to-source fabrics can add time. Rush production is available for a per-day fee if you request it when ordering.
Yes. We make a pre-production sample the same way your bulk order will be made, or send high-resolution photos if you prefer. Sample shipping is charged and a deposit is required. Bulk production only starts after you approve the sample in writing.
No. You can start with a sketch, mockup or reference images. If you don't have a tech pack, our tech pack service turns your idea into a full spec sheet with measurements, materials and construction details, so production matches your design.
Yes. We add your woven or printed neck labels, hang tags, care labels and custom packaging, so products arrive retail-ready under your brand. Our private label service covers labelling on any garment we make.
We make t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, jeans, jackets, active wear, leggings, uniforms, swimwear, kids wear and loungewear, plus hats, socks, bags and home textiles. If a product isn't listed, send your idea; most cut-and-sew garments can be produced to your spec.
Your clothing is produced at our factory and shipped directly to any address in the United States. Shipping is included in your quote, and you can track production with progress updates or a live view on request.
We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers through encrypted checkout. Payment is due when you place the order [deposit split, e.g. 50% upfront, 50% before shipping]. You can change quantities or cancel within 3 days of payment; after production starts, a 40% cancellation charge applies.
