1# Gathering Instructions and Summarizing Your Order
Our first step is to compile a summary of the instructions you gave us and the artwork you provided. In most cases, it will take one or two business days to process your request, but it might take longer if the information that you submitted is incomplete or unclear.
2# Reviewing and Approving Your Order Summary
We then discuss the summary over the phone or via email. When speaking with our clothing consultant, it is ideal if you are in front of a computer. After you approve the summary, we will start the turnaround time and proceed with the sample procedure. We will make any necessary adjustments.
3# Creating a Sample for Your Approval
A sample is available for you to view before the start of production in large quantities. We strongly advise experimenting with a sample while placing your first order. We either produce a single sample piece and deliver it to you once you approve the summary or we provide high-resolution photos.
We value your input and will keep you informed as we seek approvals for cut and sew styles, print designs, labels, and other ideas. Following your approval of the sample, we’ll proceed with bulk production.
4# Moving to Bulk Production
Following the sample procedure, you can unwind while we take care of the bulk production. Depending on the quantity and timeframe specified, we build your order as soon as feasible using your authorized sample as a model. By taking these actions, we guarantee a seamless, cooperative procedure that ends with finely custom apparel that satisfies your requirements.
