MOQ and pricing

MOQ is 50 units per color, per design, because fabric roll and dye lot minimums reset for each colorway. One design in one color is 50 units; one design in two colors is 100 units; three designs in two colors each is 300 units.

Units per color, per design Relative unit price Best for
50 Highest price tier Entry point, smallest commitment, suited to testing demand
100 About 10–15% lower than 50 Common next step once a design sells
250 About 20–30% lower than 50 Needs stronger sell-through confidence
500+ Lowest price per unit Best margin, highest unsold-stock risk

How ordering works

  1. Request a quote. Submit the project (idea, mockups, sketches, reference images or a tech pack). A detailed estimate arrives within 24 business hours.
  2. Confirm details with a sales rep. A Weft sales representative finalizes fabrics, colors, sizes, decoration and labeling.
  3. Approve the order summary. After payment, the client receives an order summary within 24 hours covering print size, placement and private labeling. Approval starts the turnaround clock.
  4. Approve the sample. A sample or high-resolution photos are provided for approval of the cut and sew style, prints and labels.
  5. Bulk production. The order is produced using the approved sample as the reference, with progress updates at each stage.
  6. Quality control, packing and shipping. Garments pass final inspection, then are branded, packed and shipped.

Quality control

  • Fabric inspection: Every fabric is checked for flaws, uniformity and quality before production.
  • Performance tests: Fabrics are tested for colorfastness, shrinkage and tensile strength.
  • Initial inspection: The first production batch is checked against specifications before the rest of the run.
  • Random checks: Spot checks happen at several points during production.
  • Final inspection: Every finished garment is examined for flaws or changes from the approved design before shipping.

The supply chain covers screened fabric suppliers, a dyeing facility, padding suppliers and accessory suppliers for labels, zippers, buttons and trims. Details: Quality Procedures and Our Reliable Supply Chain.
